IronCrest Plumbing operates as a service coordination and referral platform. Our role is to connect customers with independent, third-party contractors who provide plumbing and related trade services.

Our Role

IronCrest Plumbing does not directly perform plumbing, construction, repair, or installation work. All services arranged through IronCrest Plumbing are carried out by independent subcontractors who operate their own businesses and are not employees, partners, or agents of IronCrest Plumbing.

Contractor Responsibility

Each subcontractor is solely responsible for:

• The quality and completion of all workmanship

• Compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations

• Holding all required licenses, permits, and certifications

• Maintaining their own insurance coverage, including liability insurance

• Any damages, defects, delays, or losses arising from their work

IronCrest Plumbing does not supervise, control, or direct the methods or execution of any subcontractor’s work.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• IronCrest Plumbing is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from work performed by subcontractors

• Any claims, warranties, or service-related issues must be addressed directly with the subcontractor who performed the work

• IronCrest Plumbing does not guarantee outcomes, pricing, timelines, or workmanship

No Warranties

IronCrest Plumbing makes no express or implied warranties regarding services provided by subcontractors, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or workmanship.

By booking or proceeding with services arranged through IronCrest Plumbing, you confirm that you understand and accept that IronCrest Plumbing’s role is limited to coordination and referral only, and that all responsibility for the work lies with the independent contractor.
